Why Be a Resource Fair Vendor?
AIM Fest is the largest autism event in NW Arkansas and comes with many benefits to vendors. It offers businesses and organizations the opportunity to reach a large audience and connect directly with families who will benefit from your services, enhances your visibility and reputation with the autism community, provides networking opportunities, and promotes inclusivity demonstrating your organization's commitment to community support.
How it Works for Vendors
Agencies, organizations, and businesses who work with families and children who are impacted by autism or any special needs are welcome to become a vendor.
Each registered vendor is provided one 6ft table and 2 folding chairs. You may bring additional tables and chairs if needed. A standard vendor space is 10x10, if you need additional space please select multiple spaces when registering. If you are sharing a space with another business or organization it is suggested to register for 2 spaces to ensure that you have adequate space to set up your information and materials.
All vendors are responsible for staffing their own booth, providing signage and any materials that you would like to distribute. AIM requests that each booth provide a kid friendly activity to keep kids engaged while your staff visits with parents.
We HIGHLY suggest bringing a 10x10 canopy tent to help shield from the wind, as this is an outdoor event. Tent weights and paper weights are also suggested.
What if it rains? AIM Fest will go on rain or shine. In the event of lightening or threat
of severe weather, we will post and send out a contingency plan.
